Capitalism For Canada Being rational does not mean being infallible. Rational people make mistakes – they can be wrong. The difference between rational and irrational people is rational people are far more likely to learn from their mistakes. Irrational people can be right – they can get lucky. But if an irrational person happens to get lucky and be right in some instance, it has the tendency to reinforce his irrationality.
